this is my classic stoneware dish. Inspired by the large Chinese celadon platters of the Song and Ming Dynasties, these dishes have a fluted caveto (interior) and scalloped rim, with a thick application of the transparent green celadon glaze. This thickness allows the glaze to show off it's depth and bubble development
